London Homeless Coalition

The Homeless Coalition, formerly named the Emergency Housing Providers Coalition, was formed as a requirement of the SCPI program to steer the preparation of the urgent needs proposals, and to guide the development of the community plan. The Homeless Coalition is comprised of representatives of local shelters and support services.

In October 2001 the Community Plan on Homelessness in London was completed and tabled with the Community and Protective Services Committee on November 12, 2000.  A copy of the report is listed below.

In January 2004 the Community Plan for Homelessness in London was revised in consultation with the LHC Edit Sub-Committee.
