with 1,815 units

Owned by sponsor organizations such as churches and service clubs, and either self-managed or managed through a property management company.

Most of the Non-Profit units are designated for RGI Housing, the rest are low end market rent (not subsidized)

Low end market rent applicants apply directly to the non-profit.
